A-TEC 110
A-TEC 110 is new improved design of our best-selling studding machine A-TEC 100. It is automatic studding machine which has high production capacity.
Specifications:
• Width of the tyre: 145mm – 345mm
• Diameter of the tyre: Ø530 – Ø870mm
• Good compatibility with different stud designs.
• Applicable for all normal car and van tyres
• 2 servo axes
• The assured production rate is below 60sec./tyre with 110 studs per tyre.
A-TEC 600 Gen2 is fully automated studding machine which is designed to be part of the production line. Machine utilizes 7 servo axes which also enables the studding head to follow the tyre profile more precisely to achieve better studding quality.

• Width of the tyre: 125mm – 400mm
• Diameter of the tyre: Ø500 – Ø1000mm
• Good compatibility with different stud designs.
• Better applicable for all tyres
• 7 servo axes
• Linear adjustment of the highness and the profile (the angle of inclination) while studding by using servo drives
• Self adjustable when changing the tire type
• The assured production rate is ca. 2 studs per second
• Possibility to use triple rims
A-TEC 101 is a semi-automatic studding machine. Machine utilizes PLC for all studding operations which ensures the best possible quality in semi-automatic studding.
