DELIVERY TO EU (not to Finland)
Your order will be shipped at the same day if the order is made before 14:00. Time used to transportation is a country-and region-specific, usually 2-4 business days. See details below.
We deliver by letter or package. Postal and handling charges are country-specific. Delivery includes transportation to the recipient's address.
Package deliveries: If the recipient could not be reached, driver will leave contact information for setting appointment for the delivery. Delivery time is between 8 AM - 4 PM on business days.
If your order includes products that are currently out of stock (note: * out of stock), we will wait until all items are available before shipment.
TAXES (Delivery to EU, not to Finland)
Taxes when orderer is a company
If You have valid EU VAT-number our web store software will not charge VAT (value-added TAX):
1. Go to MY ACCOUNT-page
2. Go to ACCOUNT INFORMATION-page
3. Replace Your VAT-number
4. Push ”Validate”
5. Make Your order
6. Check final price from ORDER REVIEW before pushing ”PLACE ORDER” -button.
Taxes when orderer is a private person
The price is normal (with VAT). Delivery does not normally need any custom clearances.
DELIVERY TO OUTSIDE EU
Deliveries to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Greenland could be made automatically in our Web Store without VAT (Value Added Tax). Delivery is normally to Your nearest custome and possible custom charges or country-specific taxes are not included (Incoterm: DDU). If You are interested to order our items to some other land please contact our customer service:

DELIVERY TO FINLAND
Your order will be shipped at the same day if the order is made before 14:00. Shipping time is usually 1-2 days. For delivering, we use letter or Itella Express Business Day service:
A package is intended to be delivered by Itella to the recipient's address at the next working day before 16:00. If the recipient could not be reached, a package must be picked up from mail-defined point of delivery.
Postal and handling charges are (13 €, 0% VAT): € 16, VAT 23% per shipment. If your order includes also products that are out of stock (note: * out of stock), they are backordered. In the case of a backorder, You will be charged for the full amount of Your original order including the backordered item. When backordered item arrives we will send it to You automatically without any postal or handling charges.
We can not influence to the time of delivery if the delivery is delayed due to third-party error, or general “force majeure” reason.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webstore: Credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasteCard), Nordea, Handelsbanken, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payment can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasteCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, A-Tekniikka Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa, VisaElectron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade tranaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment. A-Tekniikka Oy is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

The Customer is obliged to check the package within 14 days of access and read the product instructions for use and terms before using it.
Individuals have right to return the unused product in original container within 14 days. Please contact us for further instructions. If you wish to discuss the possibilities of returns from business customers, please contact our customer service:

Products made for specific order or customer-tailored products are not compensated.
Returning from abroad: Customer is responsible for mailing costs.
Returning from Finland: If package weight is more than 10 kg Customer is responsible for mailing costs.
If the availability of a product ends or is prolonged unreasonably, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the order and refund the payment. We will inform the Customer about that kind of situation without unreasonable delays.
