Automatic studding machine A-TEC 100 for insertion studs to winter tyres. Excellent for professional use: Cost-effective operating costs and homogeneous studding quality. High production capacity. Production rate is below 60 second / tyre with 110 studs per tyre. Made in Finland.

Technical data

A-TEC 100 includes advanced machine control system.

Studding process is based on machine vision unit.

Applicable for all normal car and van tyre sizes when tyre diameter is 530-800 mm, minimum rim diameter is 13 inch and tyre width is 145-275 mm.

Good compatibility with different stud designs.

The change of the tyre type takes from few seconds to maximum five minutes (different rim size and diameter).

Electricity consumption is approx. 1.5 Kw plus pressurized air; 7 bar, 550l/min.
