A-Tekniikka Oy (engl. transl. A-Technic Ltd.) has been established in 1986. In the beginning we developed processes for different manufacturing areas. Co-operation with Goodyear and Nokian Tyres led A-Tekniikka to specialized to the different kind of studding technologies for winter tyres.

We developed and manufactured the world’s first commercial automatic studding machine A-TEC 100 which fulfilled our customers demands concerning high production capacity and studding quality. Advanced technology based on modern control system and machine vision unit has improved studding business remarkably. Every year millions of winter tyres are studded by A-TEC 100.

One of our operation areas is a Web Store for semi-automatic studding machines, stud guns and spare parts of OKU -selection. To make our deliveries fast and reliably we have large stock off studding equipment including spare parts in our factory in Finland.

Our principles are high quality, continuous development work and professional personnel. We will find out efficient and the most profitable way to manage studding process together with our customers. Co-operation with customers, tyre and stud manufactures as well as following the legislation makes possible that development work will carry on.
